DNA Curtains Flow Cell
Create new insights into protein–DNA interactions with our DNA Curtains Flow Cell. The user-friendly, reusable device enables acquisition of dynamic and kinetic data with single-molecule resolution and high experimental throughput.

The system consists of microfluidic flow channels with nanobarrier arrays that support efficient formation of DNA curtains, allowing simultaneous imaging of hundreds of individual DNA molecules in a single measurement.

Minimal sample volumes are required, typically microliter-scale at nanomolar protein concentrations, reducing consumption of valuable reagents.

The flow cell is compatible with standard commercial fluorescence microscope stages, enabling straightforward integration into existing setups.
